LANGHRONE, PA – The Department of Athletics is pleased to announce that several Crimson Eagle basketball players have been recognized by the NCCAA East Region for their success on the court.

On the women’s side, three student-athletes were honored by the league, led by fourth-year vet Dani Norton (Elizabethtown, PA). In addition to being named to the East Region First team, Norton picked up NCCAA Player of the Year honors for the first time in her career. Junior guard Careth Herron (Rolling Meadows, IL) and senior forward Lindsey Fornwalt (Fredericksburg, PA) were both named to the Second Team.

The men’s basketball team had three players represented as well, with junior point guard Brett Zamroz (Perkasie, PA) generating Second Team status. Fourth-year guard Willie Miller (Spring City, PA) and junior forward Charles Kennedy (Philadelphia, PA) were included on the Honorable Mention list.
