Shooting Troubles Continue for PBU

WASHINGTON, DC - The Crimson Eagles were unable to buy a bucket Tuesday evening during a 53-42 loss to Trinity College.

PBU shot just 26.9 percent from the floor while going just 5 of 32 from downtown. The visitors surrendered 32 turnovers throughout the night, signaling the third time in four outings the group has surrendered 30 or more cough-ups.

Careth Herron and Dani Norton both posted 11 points for the Crimson Eagles, while Lisa Garner chipped in with six points while pulling down 11 boards for the evening.

PBU's overall record currently stands at 3-16 on the year.

The basketball team will look to get back on the right track this Thursday when the Crimson Eagles travel to Valley Forge Christian College to take on the Patriots at 6:00 pm.
