The women's basketball team was dealt a 77-43 loss at home Saturday afternoon as Centenary College cruised during their seventh conference triumph.

Ten players reached the scoring column for the highest scoring offense in Division III and the Cyclones utilized 17 offensive rebounds on the night en route to their 15th outing notching 70-plus points.

PBU shot 41.0 percent from the floor but struggled to slow down the Cyclones as the visitors rolled to a 46-20 margin by the intermission.

The Crimson Eagles were paced by Careth Herron's 10 points for the night while Lisa Garner and Dani Norton both chipped in with eight apiece.

PBU drops to 3-12 on the year while Centenary improves to 9-6 overall.

The basketball team will get back into action on Monday, taking on Cabrini College at home at 6:00 pm.
