BOX SCORE - The men's golf team charted a 355 en route to a 15th place finish Monday afternoon during Franklin and Marshall's Bent Creek Invitational.

The Crimson Eagles struggled to get things going during a round that saw all five golfers record a higher score than their career average.

Corey Snyder posted an 85 on the par-71, 6232 yard course to lead the way for PBU. Sam Wilcox fired an 88, and Garry North, Tim Slothower, and Jared Wilcox all tallied 91's on the day.

Messiah College topped the 19 team field after collecting a 303, good enough to place the Falcons 16 strokes ahead of the second place finisher, host Franklin & Marshall College. Erik Thorn from Albright College picked up the individual gold medal after carding a two-under 69 for the round.

The Crimson Eagles will return to the links next Wednesday, taking part in the Centenary College Invitational in Allamuchy, NJ. Tee time is slated for 11:00 am.
