- The women's soccer team closed out their regular season schedule on Wednesday with a win on the road over Cedar Crest College.

Kate Henley scored two goals and the Crimson Eagles breezed to their third conference win of the year during a 4-0 shutout against the Falcons, a game that equals the group's second biggest win of the year.

Senior Summer Mullen got PBU on board in the 22nd minute, posting her second score of the season off a feed from Henley. The Crimson Eagles would be locked down for the next 46 minutes, but Henley would provide PBU's second goal of the game at the 68 minute mark to give PBU a 2-0 edge.

Henly would notch her second goal within a five minute span and Jessica Holt would chip in during the 84th minute with her first-ever collegiate score.

The Crimson Eagles would hold a slight edge in total shots for the day (16-14) by the time the final horn sounded. Senior keeper Kristen Lyszczasz would post eight saves in her fourth shutout of the season.

In win-or-go-home mode, the Crimson Eagles will head to Clarks Summit on Saturday to go up against Baptist Bible College in the East Region Championship. Game time against the Defenders is slated for noon.
